Absolutely not!
There is so much to do that it is nice to have the opportunity to explore when you can't go into a park.
1. Downtown Disney: There are shops, restaurants, and other activities (Splitsville the new bowling alley, Characters in Flight, DisneyQuest, the list goes on and on). You can spend hours going from store to store and looking around. One of my favorite counter service restaurants. Earl of Sandwich, is here!

2. Resorts: Each resort is uniquely themed, and I love visiting each one. Some of the resorts have activities (such as the campfire at Fort Wilderness or the carriage ride at Port Orleans Riverside). There are also restaurants to enjoy. Although some restaurants are very popular ('Ohana and Chef Mickey's), many of the restaurants are not as busy, so it is easier to get a walk-up reservation.
3. Boardwalk: This area located near Epcot and Hollywood Studios is also a great place to see. You can rent a surrey bike or visit one of the nightclubs.

4. Golfing and Miniature Golf: Take advantage of Disney four 18-golf courses or its two mini golf courses.
5. Richard Petty Driving Experience: this is located near the Magic Kingdom and offers the opportunity to ride in a race car! There are several options available, and all are great for the speed seeker!
These are just a few of the things you can do without setting foot inside a park. My favorite is simply visiting each resort; what is yours?
